Distrokid partners with Twitch

Distrokid partnering with Twitch has to be one of the coolest things to happen this year. This means that artists can bypass the steps they would have taken to become an affiliate. When you become an affiliate you can have emotes and take bits/donations. A bit costs a cent and Twitch gets half and you get half. This is pretty cool that there is now a new way for artists to make money and of course network.

This partnership is going to benefit qualifying independent artists and help them not only make money but connect with fans in a totally different way! I'm excited to see who becomes a Twitch Star!
